About the Role:
Internet Brands is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage a diverse and complex project portfolio. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior technology leaders to drive key initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap. Acting as the “air-traffic control” of our business, you’ll manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage web and software projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to execute projects against defined requirements.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with published schedules and goals.
- Communicate updates, status, and potential risks to business stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to address and resolve project, design, or resource challenges proactively.
- Improve project management processes to accommodate evolving business needs.
- Monitor dependencies, responsibilities, and deliverables across the full SDLC.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Project Manager role, or equivalent experience managing development teams.
- Strong understanding of project processes, including scheduling, documentation, risk management, and contingency planning.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a solid grasp of development processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill technical complexities into actionable plans.
- Experience writing technical and user-friendly requirements documentation.
- Skilled in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer-facing web/SaaS companies.
- Hands-on technical background, such as prior experience as a developer.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis using tools like Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated experience with SEO best practices.
