Telecom Electrical Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)
Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Telecom Electrical Engineer to support complex utility projects across the Western U.S. This contract-to-hire role offers the opportunity to work on critical infrastructure, combining electrical engineering expertise with hands-on field support. Ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, this position is based on-site with potential flexibility.
Key Requirements:

10–12 years of hands-on telecom engineering experience or 5–6 years as an Electrical Engineer + 5–6 years in telecom

Expertise in at least one: Fiber, Microwave, Land Mobile Radio (LMR), SCADA, or Switching

Strong drafting and review skills using Bluebeam; knowledge of Pathloss a plus

Proficient with OS365 and Teams; highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple utility clients

U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a drug screen and meet Federal compliance standards
