Transition Manager
We are seeking a Transition Manager (Change Support) for a procurement services project.
While experience with procurement initiatives—especially those involving professional services—is a plus, it is not a requirement.
The ideal candidate is flexible and comfortable wearing multiple hats. While expertise in change management is key, we are also looking for someone who can contribute to communications and project management efforts as needed.
Qualifications:

Experience in change management, preferably within procurement-related projects

Strong communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity

A collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions

Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and cross-functional alignment

Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
This role requires someone who can step in quickly, adapt easily, and help drive forward key transitions and initiatives.
