Social Media Content Producer

We’re looking for a creative, self-starting Social Media Content Producer to help drive digital storytelling across our social media channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who understands social trends, creates compelling content, and knows how to execute video, motion, and visual storytelling that resonates with audiences.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to transform creative direction into engaging short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who can:

  • Create and publish engaging digital content, including short-form videos of yourself across social media platforms.

  • Design high-impact graphics that support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.

  • Develop and execute content ideas aligned with campaign goals and social-first best practices.

  • Follow creative direction from our team and agency collaborators, and translate it into high-quality content.

  • Stay up to date on trends, platform features, and cultural moments to keep content timely and relevant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film and edit videos (often of yourself) tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.

  • Design scroll-stopping visuals—static graphics, motion content, etc.—to support always-on and campaign content.

  • Participate in brainstorms, contribute fresh content ideas, and help bring social storytelling to life.

  • Monitor trends and adapt content to feel native to each social platform.

  • Work closely with the social team to ensure content aligns with brand tone, style, and creative standards.

  • Organize and deliver creative assets quickly and in the correct format/specs for each platform.

  • Manage day-to-day publishing across all social channels.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience creating digital or social-first content.

  • Comfortable appearing on camera and filming yourself.

  • Experience editing and producing short-form video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or native in-app tools.

  • Proficiency in graphic design, ideally using Figma or similar tools.

  • Strong writing skills and a good sense of how visuals and copy work together.

  • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Threads, and similar platforms.

  • Deep familiarity with social platforms, their trends, features, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Comfortable working in a remote-first or hybrid environment.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Airtable for content planning and tracking.
