Account Growth Rep
As an Account Growth Representative, you’ll partner with the Account Management team to identify and qualify growth opportunities within an existing client base. Using outreach methods like cold calling, emailing, and research, you’ll help expand value to customers. The ideal candidate is adaptable, thrives in dynamic environments, and can deliver quick results.
Responsibilities

Generate sales opportunities through cold calling and outreach.

Uncover expansion potential with discovery conversations and account mapping.

Ensure smooth handoffs to Account Managers.

Maintain high outreach activity and Salesforce tracking.

Collaborate internally to address customer pain points.
Requirements

1+ year of experience building SaaS pipeline.

Proven success in prospecting and securing meetings.

Experience with account planning and tailoring sales strategies.

Resilient in handling rejection and obstacles.

Motivated, goal-oriented, and a self-starter.

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Available during Central Time Zone working hours.
Preferred Qualifications

Certified in a sales methodology (e.g., Winning by Design).

Experience in expanding existing accounts.
