Application Support Analyst
Mainz Brady Group with working with an amazing and loyal financial client is in search for an Application Support Analyst. This amazing hybrid position, open to the Los Angles/ Rosemead area. This position requires only 2 days in office!
- You will be responsible for responding to, resolving, and completing requests for internal Bank system help.
- You will be maintaining the application system via installing, upgrading, and patching.
- As well as Independently examine, resolve, and record user support tickets pertaining to banking software systems. Make that support tickets are handled in a way that leads to prompt resolution and closure.
- Establish trusting connections with customers at all organizational levels.
- 5+ years of experience supporting apps.
- Experience and knowledge of the financial/banking sector’s regulatory requirements (FFIEC).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, business software, vendor software, and vendor management.
- Knowledge of catastrophe recovery and applicability
- Proven capability to effectively interface with dynamic development teams
