Audio Visual Sales Consultant – Commercial Technology Solutions
We are currently seeking an Audio Visual (AV) Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This client-facing role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing AV technology opportunities in commercial environments. You’ll play a key role in delivering customized AV system solutions through a consultative sales approach, while collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure a seamless experience for the client—from design to installation.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of commercial AV systems by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships

Conduct detailed client needs assessments and deliver tailored technology solutions

Collaborate with AV engineers to develop system designs and accurate pricing proposals

Present and negotiate AV system proposals with stakeholders and decision-makers

Represent the company at industry events, tech expos, and networking functions

Leverage prospecting tools and strategies to consistently expand your book of business

Participate in internal training and professional development programs

Meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within current client accounts

Maintain clear communication with internal teams: engineering, programming, tech support, and leadership

Build and sustain long-term relationships with commercial clients
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in AV or technology sales preferred

CTS certification a plus (support available if not yet certified)

Passion for technology and client-centered solutions

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with strong time management and multitasking abilities

Willingness to learn and grow in the commercial AV space
