Summary:
Join a forward-thinking engineering team to accelerate the shift to Infrastructure as a Service. This contract role focuses on developing APIs, automation frameworks, and next-gen network solutions using AI and AIOps. You’ll play a key role in enabling global innovation through reusable services and training resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Python-based automation for Cisco and Palo Alto devices
Create and maintain APIs and network services using RESTCONF, NETCONF, and NAPALM
Design and implement scalable automation frameworks
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive Infrastructure as a Service adoption
Provide technical documentation and internal training
Requirements:
Strong Python skills, including OOP and relevant libraries (e.g., NAPALM)
Deep understanding of networking: routing, switching, TCP/IP, and security protocols
Experience automating Cisco device management with APIs and data models (YANG, MIT)
Proficient in scripting and automation tools; familiarity with DevOps tools like Postman and Git
Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
