Mainz Brady Group is seeking a versatile BI Analyst to support and enhance an internal tools ecosystem, including a SaaS-based SharePoint environment and the Microsoft Power Platform. This role sits at the intersection of low-code development, automation, and data visualization, helping drive operational efficiency across the organization.
You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving SharePoint-based workflows, developing Power Apps and dashboards, and supporting automation initiatives using Python and enterprise tools.
- Maintain and enhance the existing SharePoint Online (SaaS) environment, including lists, workflows, and dashboards
- Design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Build and optimize low-code applications to streamline business processes
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data flows for operational insights
- Support automation initiatives across workflows using Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure reliability, performance, and usability of internal tools and platforms
- Utilize enterprise tools such as Jira and ServiceNow for tracking, workflow management, and support
- 3–7+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or related technical role
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online (lists, forms, workflows, permissions)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven)
- Power Automate (flows, integrations)
- Power BI (dashboards, data modeling, dataflows)
- Experience with Python for scripting and automation
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
- Experience integrating systems and working with APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a low-code + code hybrid environment
