Brand Director — remote (Texas based)
Join a fast-growing, private-equity–backed home services company expanding across America’s top markets. As Brand Director, you’ll define and scale the brand architecture for a portfolio of high-growth consumer service brands—shaping positioning, creative direction, and the customer experience across every channel.
What You’ll Do

Own brand positioning, value propositions, and identity systems across current and future brands

Lead creative development for paid media, web, social, video, and offline content

Direct website and landing-page experience to improve clarity, conversion, and brand cohesion

Build a repeatable playbook for new brand launches and new-market entry

Partner with Growth, Performance Marketing, Content, and Call Center leaders to ensure brand excellence drives measurable KPIs (CTR, conversion, engagement, CAC)
What You Bring

7+ years in brand management, creative leadership, or integrated marketing

Proven experience shaping and scaling brands—or leading full brand repositioning
-
Strong storytelling, message architecture, and visual communication skills

Ability to manage agencies, internal creative teams, and cross-functional partners

Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred

Experience in home services, residential services, or local service brands

Background launching new brands or operating in high-growth environments

Understanding of paid media performance and how creative impacts CAC
