Content Specialist – CX Scaled Content Creation

As a Content Specialist on the CX Scaled Content Creation team, you will write and maintain knowledge base articles for both our public help center and our internal support library. You’ll partner closely with subject-matter experts across CX, Product, Design, and Marketing to support product launches and optimization projects. This is a production-level role working across multiple concurrent projects for consumer and business audiences, as well as internal support agents. You’ll help “translate” technical concepts into clear, concise, and accurate copy.
Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end content development cycle for product launches.

Interview SMEs and conduct discovery to determine content structure and information architecture.

Write, edit, and optimize public help center articles.

Update internal support documentation (troubleshooting guides, handling guides, one-pagers, how-tos).

Maintain and refine a library of support macros that reflect our voice and tone.

Partner with the Training/Enablement team to ensure cohesive messaging for support agents.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support launch activities and ongoing improvements.

Participate in peer reviews and provide concise, actionable feedback.
Requirements

2–5 years of experience documenting software products.

Proven experience in technical writing and/or software documentation, with a portfolio.

Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and organization.

Consistent delivery of high-quality content with strong attention to detail.

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them understandable for varied support tiers.

Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience developing content that adheres to style and brand guidelines.
