Customer Support (BF)
We’re seeking a reliable PHP/WordPress support engineer to handle day-to-day support tickets and basic development tasks. This role is designed to offload ongoing work from senior engineering leadership, so the ideal candidate can work independently with minimal ramp-up and oversight.
Responsibilities

Triage, prioritize, and resolve incoming support tickets

Diagnose and fix bugs in PHP applications

Perform ongoing WordPress maintenance, including plugin updates, theme changes, and troubleshooting

Identify when issues require escalation and communicate clearly with senior engineers

Maintain accurate documentation and update workflows as processes evolve
Qualifications

Strong, hands-on experience with PHP

Working knowledge of WordPress, including setup, plugins, and themes

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently

Clear communicator with dependable availability and follow-through
Nice to Have

Basic experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or MySQL
