Data Platform Engineer – Customer Journey Optimization (Contract)

Join the team powering customer insight through data and AI. You’ll design and maintain cloud infrastructure, build data pipelines, and integrate AI capabilities that directly influence how customer experiences are measured and optimized.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage AWS infrastructure with CDK and Terraform

• Build and maintain data pipelines with Snowflake, Segment, and APIs

• Troubleshoot CI/CD, authentication, and deployment issues

• Support integration of AI/ML workflows (Snowflake, Bedrock)

• Develop data-driven features that enhance customer journey analytics

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience (Python required; TypeScript/JavaScript a plus)

• SQL and data pipeline experience

• Familiarity with IaC (Terraform), Git, and CI/CD practices

• Curiosity about AI/ML and eagerness to experiment and learn

• Strong debugging and cross-functional collaboration skills
