Responsibilities

  • On-site hardware replacements (HDD, SSD, DIMM, PSU, fan)
  • Manage RMAs and assist with maintenance (inventory, cleanup)
  • Escalate complex issues to the DCO team

Requirements

  • Experience with PC/server hardware & Linux basics
  • Familiarity with DNS, Git, scripting, and regex
  • Ability to lift 20-30 lbs
  • Strong communication and time management skills
