Project Coordinator – Hybrid, Portland Oregon

Work with global teams in North America, Europe, and Chine to launch new projects, manage multi-functional projects, and develop project plans and workflows.

Open to senior level project coordinators with 5+ years of experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field strongly preferred.

Role and Skillset:
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to execute and manage initiatives from start to finish.
  • Manage and continue relationships with core resources and vendors for the implementation of projects
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical, financial, and resource feasibility
  • Perform risk management
  • Advanced skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Aha!
  • Ability to construct and format effective reports and presentations
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and interest in supporting a global team
  • Agile Principal experience strongly preferred
