Project Coordinator
Program Manager – hybrid (Portland, OR area)
We are seeking a PM with enterprise-level experience and excellent relationship building skills for our Fortune 100 client in the Greater Portland, OR area. This Technical Project Management professional will facilitate large-scale projects and coordinate meetings while building rapport with internal and external partners, drawing on a strong background across project management fundamentals.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience in an enterprise-level organization, including technical, digital, or software-focused projects
- Expertise across the project management lifecycle and a strong foundation in project management fundamentals
- Ability to proactively manage and coordinate tasks and meetings for cross-functional groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to comfortably work with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior leadership
- Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to navigate a complex, fast-paced, highly ambiguous organizational matrix, and learn quickly
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis, on-site in the Portland, OR area several days per week
