Mainz Brady Group is currently recruiting for a Digital QA Analyst for a client in Pasadena, CA. The Digital QA Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance and plays a key role in advancing test automation and supporting our shift toward a more agile organization. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and improving automation frameworks, ensuring the quality of Salesforce integrations and APIs, and driving QA best practices across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Define test cases for automation and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
  • Analyze test results, log defects, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain automation assets, reports, and version control standards.
  • Promote QA automation best practices and support continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years in QA automation with strong Java and/or Python skills (Java preferred).
  • Experience testing Salesforce, Postman APIs, cloud-hosted services, and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency with automation tools: Selenium/WebDriver, Appium, Cucumber, SOAPUI, TestNG.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methods, databases (SQL/MySQL), and tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
  • CSTE/ASTQB certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and focus on execution.
