Director, Inside Sales & Conversion – Onsite Dallas, TX
Salary $140-190K + 20% bonus+ Benefits
Mainz Brady Group is seeking a hands-on leader to build and scale our clients inside sales and call center function. This role owns the full lead-to-conversion journey—strategy, team, systems, and performance—ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong conversion across all markets. The Director will build out the call center, set SOP in place and manager 10-20 call center employees.
What You’ll Do
- Lead inside sales and call center strategy aligned with growth goals
- Build, hire, and develop high-performing inside sales teams
- Own the end-to-end lead journey from inquiry to appointment to sale
- Improve speed-to-lead, conversion rates, and revenue performance
- Oversee CRM, telephony, routing, and reporting systems
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to align demand, capacity, and results
- Build Call Center and SOP
What You Bring
- 7+ years of inside sales or call center leadership experience
- Proven success building or scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Strong CRM and telephony knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, Five9)
- Data-driven, people-first leader with a builder mindset
