This is an on-site role based in New York City or Bristol, CT with 3–4 days per week required in the office.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic partner to senior engineering leadership, driving execution, aligning day-to-day priorities, and following through on high-impact initiatives.
-
Build and manage executive-facing content—including presentations, org charts, delivery dashboards, and operating reports.
-
Establish standardized onboarding processes, cross-team workflows, and internal communication structures to ensure clarity and operational efficiency.
-
Act as a liaison across engineering, finance, PMO, and product to support business planning, goal setting, and initiative tracking.
-
Lead and coordinate team communications such as all-hands, newsletters, offsites, and innovation initiatives (e.g., hackathons, Innovation Fridays).

Drive data-informed insights on the health of services, deployments, and org-wide progress, leveraging platforms like Airtable to create visibility.
-
Step in as a cross-functional “gap filler,” solving problems, unblocking workstreams, and surfacing key risks or dependencies.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required (no exceptions).
-
5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, delivery intelligence, or Chief of Staff–like roles within a technology organization.
-
Direct experience supporting executive leaders of large technical teams (250+ engineers), ideally in enterprise environments.
-
Proficiency with Airtable is a must—used heavily for dashboards, workflow management, and visibility across engineering functions.
-
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments—able to self-start and drive clarity with minimal guidance.
