Enterprise Architect
Lead and grow a blended onshore/offshore development team driving the architecture, design, and launch of enterprise software products. This role is ideal for a hands-on builder passionate about team continuity, technical excellence, and moving into a director-level track.
- 7+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in leadership
- Strong in Java, Python, or C# with experience architecting scalable systems
- Skilled in Azure or AWS, CI/CD, and microservices-based application design
- Proven success managing large distributed teams and launching enterprise products
- Collaborative leader who values consensus, innovation, and technical mentorship
