The Events Marketing Manager executes high-impact events across North America, managing end-to-end delivery of regional events, community and customer programs, third-party conferences, and ancillary activations. Reporting to the Director of Events, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, customer-first experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and demand.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with opportunities to test new formats, apply data-driven insights, and continuously improve event performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end North America event programs aligned to marketing strategy.
- Own event planning and execution, including timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, production, and onsite experience.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure consistent, on-message execution.
- Drive pre-event, onsite, and post-event engagement and measurable business impact.
- Track and report on event performance and apply insights to optimize future programs.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience with hands-on event execution.
- Strong project management skills managing multiple programs simultaneously.
- Experience managing event budgets, vendors, and agencies.
- Data-driven mindset with performance tracking and optimization experience.
- Willingness to travel up to ~30%.
- Experience with in-person and hybrid events.
- Familiarity with event platforms and marketing automation tools.
