Overview
Seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Project Manager to lead end-to-end coordination and execution. This role ensures timely, seamless delivery of cross-channel marketing work by partnering closely with product marketing, creative, digital, and comms teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead integrated project management for all launch deliverables, ensuring strategic alignment, clear ownership, and on-time execution.

Build and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and status trackers.

Orchestrate cross-functional teams—Performance Marketing, Campaigns, Web Experience, Lifecycle, Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content, and Events—to align messaging and deliver on schedule.

Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues; drive resolution and unblock teams.

Serve as primary point of contact for execution updates and reviews; provide regular progress reports to leadership.

Ensure all assets meet brand standards, launch objectives, and stakeholder expectations.

Conduct post-launch reviews and document processes to capture learnings and improve continuity.
Qualifications — Required

6+ years in marketing project management, campaign management, or marketing operations.

Proven success leading digital product launches or large, multi-channel campaigns.

Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows (creative development, media planning, digital production).

Hands-on experience managing projects in Jira.

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
Qualifications — Preferred

Experience in tech, SaaS, or consumer digital products.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and marketing campaign operations.

PMP or related certification.
