Drive adoption and optimization of nCino by collaborating with business and technology teams to support commercial lending and deposit origination processes. This role bridges business objectives and technical solutions through effective system administration, testing, and process improvements.
Top Skills Needed:

1–3 years of experience in IT or a technical role with a strong technical foundation

Hands-on experience with nCino or Salesforce administration (certifications preferred)

Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills
Preferred: Banking experience, familiarity with ServiceNow, and experience managing integrations or change management processes
