Office Manager
The Office Manager is the heartbeat of our Dallas headquarters. This hybrid role ensures the office runs seamlessly, supports senior leaders with high-level administrative needs, and partners closely with the People Team to create an exceptional employee experience. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, people-focused, and able to effortlessly shift between tasks—whether coordinating leadership meetings, welcoming candidates, managing vendors, or helping onboard new team members.
What You’ll Do
Office Management

Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional workspace

Manage supplies, vendor relationships, maintenance requests, shipments, and equipment

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and employees

Coordinate office events, team gatherings, celebrations, and culture-building activities

Maintain meeting rooms, calendars, and office logistics for smooth daily operations

Support safety compliance tasks, key/vehicle logs, and facility checks as needed
Executive Assistant Support

Manage calendars, appointments, and travel for the Market President and leadership team

Prepare agendas, meeting notes, presentations, and follow-ups

Assist with communication drafts, leadership updates, and project coordination

Protect leaders’ time through smart prioritization, scheduling discipline, and proactive reminders

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
HR & People Operations Support

Assist with onboarding: scheduling, first-day setup, welcome packets, I-9s, equipment prep

Support new hire communication, email and system setup requests, and pre-start coordination

Maintain accurate employee files, records, badges, and documentation

Partner with People Team on benefits, employee questions, and policy guidance

Post job ads, schedule interviews, conduct phone screens (as needed), and coordinate with hiring managers

Support culture and engagement initiatives: recognition, birthdays/anniversaries, events, surveys

Assist with compliance tasks such as MVR documentation, training assignments, and acknowledgments

Manage confidential HR information with professionalism and trust
What We’re Looking For

3+ years in office management, administrative support, HR coordination, or executive assistant roles
-
Exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence

Strong systems skills: Google Workspace, Excel, Slack/Chat; HRIS experience (Rippling is a plus)
