We’re looking for a forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve merchandising tools, processes, and ways of working. This role focuses on driving efficiency, alignment, and adoption across teams to deliver consumer-led assortments with excellence.
  • Lead process design, workshops, and change initiatives across Merch, Planning, and Sales
  • Build alignment and training plans to drive adoption of new tools and workflows
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Apply strategic problem-solving and storytelling to influence at all levels
