We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst to support T-Mobile’s SAP to Oracle Fusion migration, focusing on the Order to Cash (O2C), Period to Date (P2D), and Source to Pay (S2P) modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business process analysis and map existing SAP processes to Oracle Fusion

  • Define migration strategy and support data mapping, configuration, and testing

  • Gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend Oracle Fusion best practices

  • Configure Oracle Fusion workflows, roles, and approvals

  • Drive UAT, resolve issues, and support post-go-live stabilization

  • Train users and document system/process changes

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven SAP to Oracle Fusion migration experience

  • Strong knowledge of O2C, P2D, and S2P in Oracle Fusion

  • Experience in ERP implementation, testing, and post-launch support

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

  • Ability to analyze business needs and translate into technical requirements

  • Familiar with Oracle Integration Cloud, Fusion Reporting, and data migration tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

  • 5+ years in ERP/Business Systems Analysis, including 2+ years with Oracle Fusion

  • Oracle certifications in Financials, Procurement, or Order Management preferred
