Senior Business Analyst – Healthcare Appeals & Grievances
Help modernize and improve healthcare appeals and grievances processes for one of the Pacific Northwest’s leading health insurers. We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep payer experience to partner with business and IT teams, optimize end-to-end workflows, and drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements across Appeals & Grievances.
Top 3 Technical Skills
- Healthcare Appeals & Grievances Expertise – End-to-end experience with intake, review, adjudication, and letter production within a health insurance/payer environment.
- Payer Application Experience – Hands-on experience with two or more of the following: Facets, MHK, Epic, Availity, CCA, or equivalent healthcare platforms supporting Appeals & Grievances.
- Senior Business Analysis – Requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, testing (test plans/test cases), and cross-functional stakeholder leadership within complex enterprise environments.
