Process Optimization Manager

Process Optimization Manager – 9 Month Contract – Hybrid, Portland Oregon – W2 ONLY 

Summary:

 Join a high-impact Digital Process Optimization team dedicated to transforming operational processes through innovative automation and workflow solutions. This is a contract position offering a hybrid work model based in Beaverton, OR. As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead the design and delivery of advanced digital workflows, partnering with global cross-functional teams to enable operational excellence. This is an opportunity to drive measurable business outcomes through strategic problem-solving and digital innovation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Management Consulting, Product Manageme t, or a related field
• Strong experience in configuring and implementing SaaS based RPA or Workflow tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Pega)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions across global teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience; Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a user-centric mindset
