Product Designer
We’re looking for a Senior Designer to help shape the future of immersive, consumer-led retail experiences. In this role, you’ll develop and evolve physical environments that reflect our brand ethos while aligning with global retail strategies. From concept through execution, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to deliver bold, innovative, and scalable design solutions across our global retail portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

Lead design development for flagship stores, retail environments, and scalable design programs that prioritize storytelling and consumer engagement.

Translate creative direction into architectural concepts, 3D models, 2D drawings, and presentation materials that communicate design intent at every phase.

Collaborate with stakeholders across design, marketing, visual merchandising, and construction to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Drive innovation in materials, layouts, color, and spatial experience, while ensuring functional excellence.

Develop implementation guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across global retail executions.

Partner with external studios and fabrication teams to prototype and refine concepts.

Stay informed on industry trends and evolving technologies to inform design strategy and elevate the consumer journey.

Travel occasionally (10-15%) to support project execution and site reviews.
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field.

8+ years of progressive experience in retail, experiential, or spatial design.

Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of store environments, consumer behavior, and brand storytelling in physical spaces.

Experience with cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.

Exceptional conceptual, spatial, and design development skills.

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Figma.
