Technical Program Manager Senior

Summary

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager Senior to lead large-scale, enterprise technology initiatives from concept through delivery. This role is highly cross-functional and focused on driving scalable software solutions, managing complex programs, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software and technology programs
  • Manage roadmaps, project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, user story creation, and delivery execution
  • Ensure quality, security, scalability, and compliance throughout the software delivery lifecycle
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and proactively remove delivery blockers
  • Report on KPIs, delivery progress, and overall program health

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex enterprise technology initiatives
  • Agile/Scrum experience with backlog management and user story prioritization
  • Experience partnering closely with software engineering and product teams
  • Cloud platform and cloud delivery experience preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Scrum Master certification preferred
