This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and can take ownership of building out processes, messaging, and structure from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations and project management for the initiative
- Build and maintain organizational tools (e.g., Notion) to structure messaging, assets, models, and workflows
- Coordinate communications, scheduling, and program logistics
- Work with sponsors, partners, and AI community networks to support student engagement
- Help shape program messaging and ensure consistency across materials
- Drive momentum—keep projects moving, anticipate needs, and bring a “hustler/high motor” mindset
- Strong operations/program management background
- 15–20 hours of availability per week
- Familiarity with AI networks, communities, or skills training programs
- Bay Area candidates preferred
- Highly ambitious, proactive, and resourceful—comfortable building structure from scratch
- Not a technical role, but requires strong organizational and execution skills
