Project Manager
Project Manager – Customer Strategy Office
We’re seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Customer Strategy Office (CSO). In this role, you’ll drive the delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience, improve retention, and boost operational efficiency across the SaaS lifecycle.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget—coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving issues, and ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Develop and manage project plans from kickoff through implementation and hand-off, tracking milestones and deliverables.

Establish reporting, governance, and review structures to ensure accountability and successful outcomes.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Product) to align on project goals.

Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and project status to stakeholders.

Anticipate risks, manage scope changes, and build contingency plans.

Communicate outcomes and updates to senior leadership, ensuring smooth project transitions.
Requirements

3–5 years of project management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Skilled in defining scopes, building timelines, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.

Proficiency in tools like Asana, Airtable, Monday.com, Jira, or similar.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.

PMP, CAPM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).

CAPM certification.
