Join a fast-paced SaaS environment supporting global sales operations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, early-career Sales Operations Analyst to help optimize sales processes, improve data integrity, and provide actionable insights through reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards to track sales KPIs
- Analyze sales performance and identify trends
- Ensure data accuracy across Salesforce and other tools
- Support sales teams with reports and process improvements
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to enhance systems and workflows
- Promote system adoption and data governance best practices
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales ops or business analysis (SaaS preferred)
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with tools like Gong, ServiceNow a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision
