Senior AI Developer & DevOps Engineer

Position Summary

Mainz Brady Group is seeking a Senior AI Developer & DevOps Engineer to build and manage the engineering platform used to develop, test, secure, and deploy AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, and automation solutions. This hands-on role combines modern DevOps practices with AI-assisted software development, ensuring AI-generated code, models, prompts, and agents are delivered securely, reliably, and efficiently into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI applications, agent workflows, and automation solutions.
• Integrate GitHub, Azure DevOps, Harness, Factory AI, Cursor, and related engineering tools into the software delivery lifecycle.
• Implement automated testing, security scanning, deployment governance, versioning, and traceability for code, prompts, models, and AI artifacts.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and establish monitoring, observability, and deployment health for AI platforms.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, infrastructure, and security teams while evaluating new AI development tools and mentoring engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering and DevOps experience with hands-on ownership of enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Harness (or similar), and AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Factory AI, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, APIs, Infrastructure as Code, security, and observability.
• Experience supporting AI applications, LLMs, or agent-based systems in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
