Job Title: Software Asset Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Software Asset Analyst to join our innovative team. In this role, you will manage and optimize software asset management (SAM) and hardware asset management (HAM) processes, ensuring seamless delivery of technology solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate data, drive license optimization, and support key technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain software publisher entitlement and contract data in SAM tools.
• Ensure accurate software usage data is integrated with entitlement information.
• Manage license access through software catalogs and partner with engineering teams for seamless delivery.
• Optimize license utilization through harvesting and reallocation processes.
• Drive timely contract renewals and collaborate on software intake requests.
• Handle publisher-related incidents efficiently and document key processes.
• Work closely with external vendors and cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Finance, Procurement, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Procurement, Vendor Management, or IT Risk Management.
• Proficiency with software asset management tools like ServiceNow or Flexera.
• Familiarity with CMDB solutions and discovery tools such as NexThink, CrowdStrike, SCCM, or Intune.
• Strong data visualization and analytical skills.
