Senior Full Stack AWS & Bedrock Engineer – Remote Contract

Overview
The AI Acceleration Group is seeking a Senior Full Stack AWS & Bedrock Engineer to rapidly design, build, and deploy modern business applications using AWS serverless technologies and Amazon Bedrock. This hands-on role focuses on integrating LLMs into real business workflows—not AI research or model development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS Serverless, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Develop secure APIs, event-driven services, and scalable cloud applications.
• Integrate Bedrock for document/email summarization, classification, structured data extraction, and workflow automation.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines using AWS CDK.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and offshore developers.
• Own solutions from design through deployment and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS development.
• Expert in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Strong AWS experience with Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, EventBridge, Step Functions, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, DynamoDB, and Aurora/RDS.
• Hands-on Amazon Bedrock integration and prompt engineering for structured outputs.
• Expert with AWS CDK, GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, and automated CI/CD.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver production-ready applications independently.

Preferred

• Experience with logistics or enterprise business systems.
• Python, Docker, or AWS ECS.
• Experience working with offshore development teams.

Not Required

• Machine learning research or model training.
• Multi-agent frameworks or MCP development.
• Deep data science or neural network expertise.
