Role Summary
Mainz Brady Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise QA Program Manager to lead the implementation of an enterprise-wide QA function. This role partners with engineering, infrastructure, data, and technology leaders to drive QA transformation, establish standards, manage multiple strategic initiatives, and ensure successful cross-functional delivery. The ideal candidate excels at program management, stakeholder alignment, communication, and building processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Enterprise QA initiatives, managing priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with engineering, infrastructure, operations, and data teams to align delivery plans.
- Build project plans, coordinate stakeholders, and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Drive weekly status reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder updates.
- Support QA standards, automation initiatives, lower environment strategy, and AI-enabled SDLC programs.
- Facilitate the QA Guild and promote collaboration across distributed QA teams.
- 10+ years of program or project management experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience leading QA transformation, software delivery, or enterprise technology programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Proven ability to build programs, identify risks, and manage complex dependencies.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred.
- Familiarity with generative AI and its application to QA, SDLC, or software engineering is a plus.
