We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead and mentor Agile teams in delivering high-impact products. In this role, you’ll drive Agile best practices, remove obstacles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, guiding teams through sprints and product delivery.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, helping teams and junior Scrum Masters develop Agile maturity.
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities, ensuring productive Scrum events and clear stakeholder engagement.
• Track record of removing impediments and driving process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with a focus on continuous improvement.
