Senior Software Engineer – Qualtrics (CX & Discover)
High-priority, enterprise-wide Qualtrics transformation

About the role
We’re seeking a skilled software engineer who specializes in Qualtrics to help lead a high-visibility transformation across the enterprise. You’ll partner with stakeholders and vendors, own advanced survey builds, design executive dashboards, automate workflows, and apply conversational NLP and sentiment analysis to drive action.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the Qualtrics SME across the enterprise; advise on best practices for survey flow, question design, sampling, data quality, and dashboarding.

  • Build advanced CX & Discover programs (surveys, studies, feedback pipelines) that translate into clear, role-based dashboards and alerts.

  • Create automation workflows (triggers, actions, ticketing), data routing, and integrations with downstream systems.

  • Stand up custom dashboards & reporting for leaders; present demos to non-technical audiences.

  • Manage stakeholders and vendors; drive change management, enablement, and documentation for broad adoption.

  • Own QA (schema, logic, piping, randomization, test data) and ensure governance for privacy, security, and compliance.

  • Apply conversational analytics (NLP, classification, sentiment, themes) to identify drivers and opportunities.

Minimum qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on Qualtrics experience (admin/builds/automation/dashboards), with depth in CX and ideally Discover.

  • 5+ years total experience in software engineering (backend or full-stack) or adjacent data/analytics engineering.

  • Proven project management chops: scope, timelines, risk, and clear stakeholder communication.

  • Strong presentation skills; able to demo and translate technical concepts for business partners.

  • Organized self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Qualtrics certification (not required).

  • Experience with Python and SQL; building data pipelines in tools like Databricks and Snowflake.

  • API integration experience; familiarity with data engineering best practices.

  • Enablement mindset: create clear documentation and training for new Qualtrics users.
