Software Engineer – Java/Kotlin
Backend Software Engineer – 6 Month Contract – Remote, United States – W2 ONLY, NO C2C.
We’re looking for a skilled Backend Engineer who can work remotely from the continental U.S. on PST or CST hours. Your responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and debugging software components. You’ll focus on developing RESTful APIs using microservices architecture in Java and Kotlin, as well as building UIs with ReactJS. You’ll also participate in code reviews and troubleshoot code-level issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in developing scalable, distributed applications.
- Proficient in Java 8 and Kotlin, with experience in Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with ReactJS and containerization technology like Docker.
- Strong experience with cloud-based API platforms, particularly AWS.
