Solution Architect
We are looking for a Solution Architect to lead the migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion SCM, with emphasis on Order to Cash (O2C), Period to Date (P2D), and Source to Pay (S2P) modules. This role drives solution design, technical execution, and business alignment throughout the transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM.

Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated Oracle Fusion architecture.

Oversee data migration, integration, and customization to ensure a smooth transition from SAP.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across O2C, P2D, and S2P.

Provide technical leadership, guiding developers, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Ensure quality through robust testing (functional, integration, UAT) and support change management efforts.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and enable knowledge transfer post go-live.
Required Skills:

10+ years in solution architecture, with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM.

Deep knowledge of O2C, P2D, and S2P processes in both SAP and Oracle Fusion.

Proven experience in SAP to Oracle Fusion SCM migrations.

Expertise in data migration, system integration (Oracle Integration Cloud or similar), and cloud-based ERP platforms.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Oracle Fusion SCM certification (Cloud Supply Chain).

SAP certifications (ECC or S/4HANA).

Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and Agile delivery models.
