Marketing Copywriter & Editor (B2B SaaS)

We’re looking for an accomplished copywriter, editor, and content strategist to shape our brand voice during a season of high-impact initiatives.

In this role, you’ll report to the Head of Copywriting with a dotted line to the Head of Content Strategy on the Integrated Marketing team. You’ll serve as a dedicated partner—ensuring the quality, consistency, and impact of written content across the organization. This includes writing and editing a wide range of high-visibility marketing materials, from product launches and brand sponsorships to email campaigns, web content, and more.

The Marketing Copywriter & Editor is a dynamic, collaborative partner who works closely with Integrated Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales, Communications, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Engineering, and Legal. You’ll translate creative briefs and content strategies into compelling copy and cohesive marketing experiences that drive engagement and conversion. Your writing will educate, inspire, and motivate customers to discover the full value of our products and a smarter way of working.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit content for high-visibility assets, including emails, video scripts, campaign messaging, web pages, paid media, and branded experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners—Integrated Marketing, Brand Marketing, PMM, Sales, Comms, Engineering, and Legal—to turn briefs into effective, measurable content.

  • Uphold voice and tone guidelines, ensuring all content aligns with brand standards while tailoring messaging to different personas and buyer-journey stages.

  • Support campaign development with strategic thinking, contributing ideas and execution that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.

  • Act as a content quality gatekeeper—reviewing, refining, and elevating messaging across touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing copywriting, preferably in tech or SaaS.

  • Proven ability to write for business audiences—Marketing, Creative, Sales, Customer Success, and IT buyers—especially in the SMB market.

  • Strength in balancing strategic objectives with creative execution; delivers brand-aligned, performance-driven work.

  • Excellent storytelling and editing skills with a focus on clarity, brevity, and impact.

  • Track record of success in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles, UX writing best practices, and content marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey—from awareness through decision.

  • A portfolio showcasing a range of content types, tones, and formats, ideally with measurable results.
