Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Contract 12 months Onsite

Mainz Brady Group – San Francisco, Santa Monica, or New York (Hybrid)

Mainz Brady Group is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build AI-powered tools that enhance the customer support experience for streaming users worldwide. Join a new team focused on developing scalable UI platforms that integrate conversational AI and streamline self-service.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop full-stack solutions using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js

  • Integrate conversational AI into customer-facing tools

  • Write clean, well-tested code and collaborate across teams

  • Contribute to scalable, user-friendly UI applications

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field

  • Strong experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Material UI

  • Familiar with end-to-end testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, etc.)

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with chatbot frameworks (Dialogflow, Lex, etc.)

  • Familiarity with NLP/NLU tools (e.g., Rasa, Amelia)

  • Background in A/B testing or analytics
