- Infrastructure Lifecycle Management (Change, Release, Configuration Management)

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years supporting enterprise IT systems in multi-platform environments
- Experience planning and executing operating system, hardware, and software upgrades
- Strong troubleshooting skills with systems availability and performance issues
- Experience with Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and execution
- Ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and drive operational improvements
