Sr. Software Engineer (FS/RoR)
Join a small, agile team of engineers focused on building scalable, maintainable systems that power a fast-growing e-commerce platform. We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of complex Ruby on Rails applications, contribute across the full stack, and help shape both our technical direction and team culture. This role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Technical Skills:
- Expert-level Ruby on Rails experience with large, production applications
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
- Proficiency in React and Remix for modern frontend development
- Experience with Heroku, including app hosting, scaling, and performance monitoring
- CI/CD pipeline development (GitHub Actions, Semaphore, Heroku pipelines)
- Docker for containerization and deployment workflows
- Ability to mentor team members and support best practices
