Summary:
We’re seeking a seasoned Talent Management Consultant for a one-year contract role. This is a high-impact opportunity to reimagine and modernize talent processes for a global tech company. You’ll lead innovative performance management redesigns, drive experimentation and analysis, and partner cross-functionally to elevate strategy and execution. Remote role scoped at an L5 level—ideal for a strategic operator who thrives on influence and iteration.

Hands-on expertise with Workday (performance management) and Tableau (reporting/analytics)
