Job Title: Technical Product Manager – ERP Systems

A growing organization is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support a major transformation initiative involving enterprise business systems. This role is ideal for someone with experience in large-scale system migrations, particularly in areas related to supply chain, finance, and procurement processes.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to guide planning, implementation, and optimization activities for the transition to a modern cloud-based enterprise resource platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on driving alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Migration Planning & Strategy

• Lead planning efforts for an ERP system migration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align efforts to business goals.

• Define key milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.

Technical Execution & Implementation

• Act as a subject matter resource in business process areas such as order processing, financial operations, and procurement.

• Coordinate with internal and external technical teams to configure and deploy core modules.

• Oversee testing, rollout, and issue resolution throughout the migration.

Product Ownership

• Own the product roadmap for specific business process areas.

• Prioritize features and improvements based on feedback and strategic direction.

• Ensure documentation and support materials are accurate and up to date.

Collaboration & Enablement

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for business users.

• Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to drive successful adoption.

• Provide ongoing support and system improvements post-implementation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business systems, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

• Experience in business process areas such as order management, finance, or procurement.

• Ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.

• Familiarity with agile delivery models and product lifecycle management.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ideal candidates are comfortable in dynamic environments and experienced in change management and enterprise system transitions.
