Job Title: Technical Product Manager – ERP Systems
A growing organization is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support a major transformation initiative involving enterprise business systems. This role is ideal for someone with experience in large-scale system migrations, particularly in areas related to supply chain, finance, and procurement processes.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to guide planning, implementation, and optimization activities for the transition to a modern cloud-based enterprise resource platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on driving alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Migration Planning & Strategy

Lead planning efforts for an ERP system migration.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align efforts to business goals.

Define key milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
Technical Execution & Implementation

Act as a subject matter resource in business process areas such as order processing, financial operations, and procurement.

Coordinate with internal and external technical teams to configure and deploy core modules.

Oversee testing, rollout, and issue resolution throughout the migration.
Product Ownership

Own the product roadmap for specific business process areas.

Prioritize features and improvements based on feedback and strategic direction.

Ensure documentation and support materials are accurate and up to date.
Collaboration & Enablement

Facilitate workshops and training sessions for business users.

Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to drive successful adoption.

Provide ongoing support and system improvements post-implementation.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, business systems, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

Experience in business process areas such as order management, finance, or procurement.

Ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.

Familiarity with agile delivery models and product lifecycle management.
