Join a cross-functional team delivering clear, high-quality documentation that supports end users, training programs, and enterprise processes. You’ll own desk manuals, process documentation, and training materials—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability across the organization.
Experience / Skills

Proven experience creating end-user documentation, process docs, and training materials

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word & PowerPoint

Experience with documentation tools such as Visio and Adobe

Ability to interview SMEs and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements

Strong organizational skills managing multiple documentation efforts and version control
What You’ll Do

Write and maintain user manuals, quick-reference guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting content

Develop ILT materials, e-learning content, slide decks, and onboarding guides

Document current- and future-state business processes and workflows
-
Manage document libraries, updates, and standards compliance

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content
