Senior Transition Manager – Global Security Initiatives

We are seeking a Senior Transition Manager to support transition management and adoption excellence across a variety of global security initiatives. In this role, you will help scale security capabilities, vendors, and systems across retail, corporate offices, manufacturing, and distribution centers.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive transition management strategies and implementations for medium to large-scale security and loss prevention projects.
• Apply change management methodologies to assess impacts, develop engagement plans, and execute organizational readiness initiatives.
• Identify risks, align stakeholders, and ensure leadership engagement for successful adoption.
• Develop training and communication materials to generate awareness and minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with project managers, geo leaders, and internal teams to optimize processes and integrations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (PROSCI or IDEO certification is a plus).
• Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills, and ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
