Unified Communications Engineer
Unified Communications Engineer – Onsite, San Francisco – 6 Month Contract – W2 ONLY, NO C2C OR OPT EAD
Summary: We are seeking a skilled UC Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to design, implement, and support advanced conference room systems. This contract role requires strong Unified Communications skills, experience with APIs, and expertise in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Polycom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and upgrade audio-visual and IT solutions for conference rooms.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex UC issues.
- Integrate systems using APIs and develop automation solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams, conduct user training, and maintain documentation.
- Monitor UC system performance and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UC Engineer or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong Unified Communications skills, with expertise in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Polycom.
- Experience with APIs and systems integration.
- Microsoft certification preferred but not required.
