We’re looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven REMOTE Vendor Manager to help streamline how we manage vendor agreements, renewals, and budgets. This role will build structure around our existing methods, develop repeatable processes using common tools, and ensure all contract activity runs smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain an active list of contracts and coordinate renewals with vendors and stakeholders
  • Build and track vendor QBR cadence and maintain repository of executed contracts and POs
  • Partner with procurement on new vendor agreements and RFPs
  • Update and reconcile order tracking against planned budgets
  • Create clear, repeatable processes in Excel, SharePoint, and similar tools
